Best brush of it's kind!
To be quite honest, I've never seen a russet potato skin look so clean after being scrubbed, that is, until I purchased this veggie brush a few months ago. There are two types of bristles, and each work amazingly well in scrubbing the skins of hard root vegetables. Even my carrots sparkled after being scrubbed - seriously! Now, although I have long fingers, the brush didn't get lost in my hand. The brush itself has a nice weight to it, with a smooth wood-top that has stiff bristles tucked into it's underside, tightly packed end-to-end that will thorouhly clean your veggies without damaging the skin or flesh beneath. All in all, until I found this beautifully made brush, I hadn't a clue my root vegetables could be so clean!
